WojakBot ("we", "us", "our") operates a Discord bot and web dashboard at wojakbot.com. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can manage or delete your information.

By using WojakBot, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Discord Bot Data

When WojakBot is added to a Discord server, we collect and store:

• Discord user IDs and usernames
• Discord server (guild) IDs
• Message counts and activity timestamps (not message content)
• Experience points, levels, and leaderboard rankings
• In-bot currency balances and transaction history
• Voice channel usage duration
• Game participation data (scores, streaks, raid boss stats)
• Moderation action logs (warns, mutes, bans) created by server staff
• Server configuration and settings chosen by administrators
• Avatar hashes for display purposes

We do not store the content of your messages. We only track message counts for leveling and activity purposes.

Web Dashboard Data

When you log in to our web dashboard via Discord OAuth2, we receive:

• Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar
• Your email address (as provided by Discord)
• A list of servers you share with WojakBot

Automatically Collected Data

Our web dashboard may collect standard technical information such as:

• IP address and browser user agent (for security and session management)
• Authentication tokens (stored securely for session persistence)

We use the collected data to:

• Operate the leveling, XP, and leaderboard systems
• Track in-bot currency and inventory
• Run interactive games (counting, raid bosses, blackjack, etc.)
• Provide moderation tools and audit logs to server administrators
• Display server and user analytics on the web dashboard
• Deliver scheduled announcements and server anniversary notifications
• Manage streak tracking and activity rewards
• Authenticate you on the web dashboard
• Log application errors for debugging and reliability

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored in secured databases. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections and scoped access controls.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may share limited data in the following circumstances:

• Public leaderboards: Usernames, levels, and XP are displayed on server leaderboards visible to other server members.
• Server administrators: Moderation logs and member activity data are accessible to server staff with appropriate permissions.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

You have the right to:

• Access your data: View your stats and personal data through the web dashboard under Personal Data.
• Download your data: Request a copy of your stored data from the Personal Data page.
• Delete your data: Request deletion of your account and associated data through the Personal Data page or by contacting us.
• Opt out: You can opt out of specific features like server anniversary announcements through bot commands or dashboard settings.

If WojakBot is removed from a Discord server, server-specific configuration data may be retained for a period in case the bot is re-added. You can request full deletion by contacting us.

WojakBot is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Use of Discord itself requires users to meet the minimum age requirement set by Discord's own Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of WojakBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
