By adding WojakBot to your Discord server or using our web dashboard at wojakbot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the Discord bot and the web dashboard, including server administrators, moderators, and members.

WojakBot provides the following services:

• A Discord bot with leveling, games, moderation, and community engagement features
• A web dashboard for viewing analytics, managing server settings, and leaderboards
• Optional premium membership for cosmetic and convenience features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

When using WojakBot, you agree to:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Not exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior in the bot or dashboard
• Not use the bot to harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to manipulate leveling, currency, or game systems through automated means
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the bot
• Use moderation tools responsibly and in accordance with your server's rules

WojakBot offers optional premium memberships that provide cosmetic and convenience features. Premium memberships:

• Do not provide gameplay advantages, XP boosts, or currency bonuses
• Are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase
• Can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

We reserve the right to change premium pricing or features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes before their next billing cycle.

WojakBot features virtual currencies (credits) and inventory items that exist solely within the bot's ecosystem. These virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real currency or goods outside the bot
• May be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion for balancing or maintenance
• Are not transferable between users except through intended bot features

WojakBot provides moderation tools to server administrators. We are not responsible for how individual server administrators use these tools.

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict or terminate access to the bot for users or servers that violate these terms
• Remove or reset data associated with abusive accounts
• Blacklist servers or users that engage in harmful behavior

Moderation actions taken by server administrators using WojakBot are the responsibility of those administrators, not ours.

WojakBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss
• Actions taken by server administrators using our moderation tools
• Loss of virtual currency, items, or progress due to bugs or maintenance
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

You may stop using WojakBot at any time by removing the bot from your server or deleting your web dashboard account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of WojakBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through our Discord support server.
